Letting is settled with the different owner of each villa mentioned on the website, with the rates and terms shown under ‘Rates’.


Booking is direct with the owner, whose address is on the info page of villesulmare.eu.


Booking is accepted after the payment of a deposit , 40% of the total amount. The payment of the balance must be settled 30 days before the beginning of the letting period , upon receipt of the balance the client will be sent a letting voucher. For bookings with fewer than 30 days before the letting period, the client is required to pay the total sum immediately.


The minimum letting period is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. The letting rates are listed per villa per week and are based on the different seasonsal rates (high, mid and low) quoted on the website www.villesulmare.eu and vary from villa to villa.


If not otherwise agreed upon with the owner, Saturday is the arrival/departure day; arrival time 16.30 – 19.00, departure time 8.00 – 10.00.
The client will be charged a full day’s fee for any delays, if no prior agreement with the owner exists.


On arrival the client has to: show the person in charge an ID and also an ID of all the other guests staying in the house, settle all the payments: for the cleaning, for the hiring of the bedlinen (bed/towels) 15.00 euros per person, and the deposit.


The client is requie to give the owner or the person in charge the sum of 250.00 euros (twohundredandfifty,00) in cash as a deposit, which will be returned to the client on the day of departure after deductions to cover any damage caused.
Any client who does not pay the deposi twill be refused entry to the house .
If the client leaves before the end of his letting period, the owner or the person in charge is authorized to return the caution money (minus the costs for any damage caused) only after having checked the inventory and the state of the rented accomodation.


Only those people registered on booking can stay in the house in so as not to overload the bathrooms and kitchen. The number of people (adults and children), cannot be greater than the number of beds mentioned on the website www.villesulmare.eu, except for children under the age of two on prior agreement .
If the limit is not observed the person(s) over the permissibile number will have to leave the building. The owner or the person in charge is also entitled to keep the deposit.
Any substituion of persons during the letting period is not permette unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner. Pets are allowed. Any pet that weighs less than 8kg is considered small. The size and type of pet must be communicated at the time of booking.
The client is responsible for and has to control his pet at all times.


The houses are handed over perfectly clean and tidy and must be given back free from any rubbish which has to be thrown into the appropriate containers located near the buildings.
The client has to cover the cost for the final cleaning as indicated on the website www.villesulmare.eu (euro 100 – 130 for the Casa Madre)


If necessary, the owner or his representative, reserve the right of access for any indispensabile maintenance work (garden etc)


The client will be charged Euro 50,00 for any changes in the booking, or for the transfer of the booking to other people, as long as the villa and the letting period remain the same .
In the case of cancellation the owner is entitled to keep the whole sum paid by the client up to that time. The client may be rembursed, minus a 20% penalty, only in the case of a partial or total reletting of the villa to a third party for the cancelled period . The rembursement will only take into account the period of reletting.


With regard to any controversy in connection with the booking or letting procedures, the court of competent jurisdiction is Palermo and Italian law will be appicable.
The booking implies a knowledge of the general terms of contract which must be accepted without reservations or exceptions. If any terms in this contract were or become invalid, or if a gap were to be discovered, the validity of the remaining conditions cannot be called in question.


The owner declares that the personal data acquired during the precontract and contract period will be used only for ends connected with: the drawing up of letting contracts, booking procedure, execution and correct fulfilment of the pertaining contractual obligations. In the case of sensitive data (eg. a physically or mentally challenged person), the data may only be used with the written consent of the person concerned
