Villa Canneto

Overlooking the beautiful beach of San Vito lo Capo Villa Canneto holiday Home has one of the most exclusive locations of the entire bay.

Its direct access to the beach offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy the beach at any time of the day.

The property is surrounded by a large garden and has a private parking area for two cars, a barbecue area with professional Weber grill, a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower and an outdoor dining and lounge area.

The villa has a classic Mediterranean patio architecture on one level.

This feature and the easy access to the sea make the villa particularly suitable for families with children.

The sleeping area is made up of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. All rooms are equipped with an independent air conditioning system.

The living area is made up of a large lounge with double sofa bed, furnished with modern furniture and equipped with air conditioning and a 50 inch flat screen TV with cable and Netfix.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas stove and washing machine.

All rooms and the beachfront terrace are covered by a fast Wi-Fi internet connection.

After a whole day spent relaxing eat the seaside, just a short walk along the sea to get to the main street of the village, full of clubs, ice cream parlors and restaurants.

Activities

Among the various activities it is possible to rent a motorboat and visit the uncontaminated bays of Zingaro or Monte Cofano nature reserves and experience the thrill of seeing dolphins, water skiing, or having fun with the most varied water sports .

San Vito Lo Capo is one of the largest climbing areas in southern Italy and has more than a thousand rock routes to climb from 3rd to 9th.

Venues

The biggest event of the year is certainly the Cous Cous Fest, whose next edition will be held from 20 to 29 September 2019.

It is a 10-day competition among chefs from all over the world, free shows with internationally renowned artists, tastings and meetings with famous showbiz personalities.

The Feast of the Patron San Vito Martire is a particularly evocative moment to live with the locals; the whole village is involved in various activities culminating in the historical re-enactment of the landing of the Saints on June 15th.

Finally, the last event of the season, but not less interesting is the San Vito Climbing Festival, the moment dedicated to sport climbing.
